It's a great way to learn while you're at home from legitimate Certified Krav Maga Instructors that will walk you through step by step on how to protect yourself using Krav Maga Self Defense.

DJ Stephens

DJ Stephens is the first Afro-American 2nd Dan Krav Maga Worldwide Black Belt Instructor in the state of Maryland. He has also been involved in self defense and fitness training for over 20 years, including Tae Kwon Do, boxing, weight lifting and other combat sports. Since he loved to teach even as a teenager he made his grandfathers garage into a gym and trained several of the kids in the neighborhood. Teaching has always been his passion. Everything he has ever learned he has gone on to teach it back to others. He's trained boxers, body builders, MMA fighters and more. He is the founder and owner of CDK Self Defense Systems LLC., and developed the Confidence During Chaos training system that teaches, motivates and empowers its students to be confident and strong. To push forward during times of stress and fight through till the end. These are much needed survival techniques for self defense and also everyday life.

Suzzanne Shepard

Suzy (or Sue) has been doing Krav Maga for over 5 years. She first encountered Krav Maga wile working at her first job in Washington, D.C. after graduating from her Master’s Degree program. She was looking for something that would challenge her physically and mentally, as well as provide her with basic self defense knowledge. Suzy has previous experience in Shotokan an Shito-ryu karate. Suzy is a certified KMW Phase A instructor. Her favorite part about teaching is being able to empower individuals, especially women, to be their most confident self. She also enjoys watching that light bulb moment happen during her class or while discussing Krav Maga techniques with her students. Suzy was born and raised in Costa Rica, and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Senior Instructor

David Horton

David studied boxing growing up. The thing he loved most about CDK is the family atmosphere. He said he felt welcomed from the first day he started. He is currently a Certified Level 3 Krav Maga Worldwide Instructor and a huge asset to CDK. “What I like about teaching the most is seeing a student get that ‘aha’ moment from something I have taught them, it is a great feeling when it happens to me and it makes me happy for them when they feel it to!”

Erica Devine

Erica is one our newest instructor at Krav Maga CDK and has been a great asset to the team. She's currently studying for her PHD in history at American University. She's always been involved in competitive sports such as swimming and rowing to name a few. What she enjoys most about teaching Krav Maga is watching the students progress and get better though out the program.

FAQ

  • How long will I have access to course after purchase?

    Forever! Once you purchase the program it's yours. You will always be able to go back and rewatch it or review.

  • How will it take to get though the program?

    It is suggested that you do no more the three lessons per week. Doing three lesson per week would take you 4 weeks to compete the program. It's best to take your time.

  • Will I be able to defend myself upon completing the program?

    As with anything consistency is the key. The longer you work to better your skills the more proficient you will become.

  • Will I need any equipment?

    No equipment is required however you can add dumbbells, weighted gloves or weight vest to increase output.

  • What happens after you finish the program?

    After completing the program you will receive a certification of completion. which will give you two free weeks of training at a Krav Maga CDK training Center. You can also repeat the course and increase the reps. Repetition is the mother of skill.
